Tobishima Corporation declares that the company and employees will work together to create a company where everyone can work in good health both physically and mentally.

"Health Management" is to consider the health management of employees, etc. from a management perspective and implement it strategically.

In fiscal 2019, our company started initiatives for “Health and Productivity Management”, and in March 2020, was certified as a “Health and Productivity Management Organization” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. We are continuously working on “Health and Productivity Management” activities.

The company has an obligation to protect the health of its employees. At the same time, employees must maintain their own health for the sake of the company, and most importantly, for themselves and their families. The purpose of "health management" is realized only when the company and employees work together to maintain and improve their health. A company cannot grow sustainably without the health of its employees. We will share the “Health and Productivity Management Declaration” with all employees and continue to work together as one.
